As I never being studying to be a Chef, every day worked at Royal Albert Hall was worthy, Actually, I work for a company called Rhubarb Food Design, inside Royal Albert Hall, and before used to be Compass Group.. I worked with lots of chefs during the last 10 years.. learned a lot, had fun, made friends,but is time to move on... The hardest part of my job, when I don't know something.. The most enjoyable.. when I learn something new and can do it..
