Senior Sales Executive (Former Employee) – The moon – 13 November 2017
This is a high pressure job where only results matter. Every month is a new one and the last is forgotten, the earnings can be good but the price is stress. The company pay lip service to being a good employer in that it sends round lots of "advice" but in reality does not care one iota about staff. Promotion will only happen if you "brown nose" real ability is ignored especially if you show any signs of having your own opinions. Here they want loyal robots not individuals. Senior management is totally inept and are just plastic accountants who have no connection with the grass roots of the business or the staff. The use of meetings, spreadsheets and webinars is widespread and stultifies any expression. This company plods from mediocrity to mediocrity.

Robins & Day peugeot was a lovely place to work at, all the people who work there are very nice people they treat you how they would like to be treated them self's and the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting and greeting old and new customers.
