Operator (Current Employee) –  Plymouth, Devon16 July 2019
Currently work here cant wait to get out . Unprofessional unorganised steer clear , they lie to get you through the door . Promised loads of training and pay increases none forth coming . Bully boys springs to mind they dont care about people at all. Terrible reputation and justifiably so. Oh final thing dont report it if you have an accident here as you will be blamed somehow and treated like you have committed the ultimate sin!!
If your face fits your made if it doesn't..... well.....

Terrible management
Machine Operator (Current Employee) –  Plymouth, Devon29 April 2019
Just avoid as there is a terrible management with thousands of non sense rules.
- Just sacked all the agency workers and now they ask the employees to cover the holes created by them.
- They start checking your bag, pockets and even your car for alcohol and drugs. Understand the part with the bag and pockets so you don't bring any alcohol in the factory but the car? This will be done randomly with the security guard, a colleague and a police officer(in case you keep drugs in the car).
- Over 12 months since I'm asking for an upgrade training...never happened even if they say "we give a lot of opportunities to grow".
- The machines are over 10 years old imported from Germany, being very old they broke a lot. Nobody listen your issue with the machine , they don't look for a proper investment. If your machine is down then you are moved in another area...depends where they want/need.
They just need robots for repetitive jobs, no investment intentions and their reputation is just a joke.
Still there but really active looking for something else.

Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) –  Plymouth, Devon21 September 2018
They can't keep hold of their staff, probably due to some delusional charge hands and management. You simply do not talk to people like that, doesn't matter how important your job is.
Lack of organisation is stunning.
For me the money is good. Although many disagree. (Also delusional )
Night shift had some strange characters.

Couldn't wait to leave.
