Stewarding (Former Employee) – Coventry – 31 July 2017
although the job was part time It was a very exciting job as you got to interact with different people of all different ages and backgrounds, quite a simple job but with big responsibility, good bosses who make the job as simple and stress free as possible and make you feel comfortable within the work place, you enter the staff room and get the stuff you need for the afternoon I.e. high vis jacket or coat (optional) and clicker, you then go into the meeting room when the boss gives you relevant information of the game day, how many fans they are expecting, also run you though the emergency drills every week so you are familiar with them in case of an emergency. Once being told the drills for the day you get to work, the most enjoyable part of the job was being around a football stadium and feeling a unique atmosphere while being at work, the most difficult part was dealing with certain members of the public, remembering the temperament of a minority of football fans sometimes caused a few problems but nothing that couldn't be dealt with instantly but overall the job was enjoyable with a good group of people and a happy environment.

Fast paced retail environment whereby customer service is of key focus. We learn to work in multiple fields: retail, bar-tending and hospitality waiting. Management is efficient and allocates the right people for the right jobs. Co-workers are driven, focused and constantly willing to learn. Job theory was simple to grasp, the practical job skills took practice to cultivate.
Shop Assistant/Customer Service (Former Employee) – Coventry – 6 December 2016
A typical day at work can be tiring especially when you have to deal with too many customers, but the upside of it is that you get to work with people make new friends, learn how important teamwork is. The hard part of the job is having to attend to customers after their team just lost a game, few of them would want to transfer the aggression at any given chance.
Casual Worker (Current Employee) – Coventry – 14 November 2016
I love working at Ricoh as its just friendly and most of the staff are funny and i love working with them. This was my first job so it has taught me so much to set me up for future work. Most of the management are nice however some are rude. Some of the hardest parts of the job is the long hours, little pay and that its 0 hours contract. But overall the people and the job as a whole outweighs these disadvantages.
