As most charities the pay and work-life balance was not very good.

Good and accessible management more due to personal characteristics of the staff than the company's culture. Work was often more challenging and demanding than acknowledged than what they were intended to which often created a great deal of stress and staff turnover. Very good working ethics from the team.

I loved being apart of rethink, being able to contribute to mentally disabled children was amazing, the travel was great to, got to go places to help people hear their voices, its a shame it had to come to an end.
