The first step for an individual who is potentially interested in joining Rentokil Initial is for them to do some research - it is really important to have an understanding of the work culture, the environment, the company focus and what the job you've found will actually be doing. Once this is complete, we advertise on a number of job boards and also our own Rentokil Initial UK careers site (rentokil-initial.co.uk).
Our recruitment team will receive your application and assess how well you suit the position before deciding which candidates to shortlist for a telephone interview. This will delve into why you want the job, your work ethic, company fit and your experience so far.
Dependent on the position you are interviewing for, we largely run a two-stage face-to-face interview process with some form of shadowing or trial day so you can judge whether the position is right for you.
