  • As a business, both here in the UK and across our global business, we have been growing significantly over the past few years, re-entering the FTSE100 in 2017 and continuing to rise on that list. In troubled markets, we continue to invest in our colleagues, add variety to our portfolio and aim to provide the best possible customer service. Our recruitment strategy is all about finding the people who will give excellent customer service which customers deserve and expect.

We'll continue to set high expectations and aim to keep achieving great things.

  • From the anonymous reviews left on Glassdoor and Indeed for our company, there are trends that answer this question.

We see a large majority of individuals writing about how happy they are to go to work each day because of the variety of their job, the genuine interest they hold in what they do, the varied pay on offer, which leads to more income based upon your performance, the customer-facing nature of their role and others.

They have also written about the demand they put on themselves because they are passionate about giving excellent customer service - not an easy task and one which requires dedication to their customers.
