That's a tough question since each employee could come up with a different answer.
I think close to the majority of our employees, particularly those who are based out of the office, would say that keeping to the expectations of demanding customers would be the most stressful part of the role. In many of our lines of work, the customer is in a situation of need and really care about the time to respond. Managing the workload is a challenging part of the role. This tends to be stressful for our colleagues because of the level of attention our colleagues give to our customers.
If you're hardworking and can cope in a fast-paced environment, you'll certainly rise to the challenge.

Managing customers expectations, is the most challenging part of the job.
Rentokil Specialist Hygiene is very fast paced, We cover a vast area to which Emergency Jobs arise within any of these areas we cover. After a full 8 hour shift, An emergency job could arise, which means you could be out of your house for a further 8 hours.
However, Overtime pay is very good and Rentokil offer hotels to Technicians who have been working for a number of hours, to ensure they get adequate rest in order to keep them safe.
Managements lack of intelligence, integrity and all round common sense. I could run that place, no skills needed. Makes me angry to see people in positions far greater than they’re minuscule, limited minds can comprehend what’s even going on around them it’s sickening to see them behave and dictate others working lives. These people need ridding, like your hygiene problem persists more inside your company than the company claims from its title. Ironic isn’t it. Go back to the Stone Age and start again please.
