We have lots of different types of roles that have different types of benefits with them.
As a whole, all employees have access to RI Rewards, a discount and cashback website allowing you to save across 3000+ retail brands. They also receive five-star training and support upon starting a job, which will continue throughout their career; all part of our aim to grow talent for the future and promote from within.
Our office employees receive monthly branch bonuses or team bonuses dependent on the performance and often are working towards extra incentives.
Our field-based technicians and drivers receive their uniform, a company van and all the equipment they require from day one. They also receive a commission on any leads they pass to the sales team, work towards targets that pay bonuses and also work towards incentives, such as our Guild of Technicians event held each year.
Our field-based sales teams have a company car and fuel card, mobile phone and tablet from day one. They then receive an uncapped commission on what they sell, whilst also working towards target-based bonuses and incentives throughout the year.
