This question depends on the position you have within Rentokil Initial. Some positions are more target-driven than others, requiring to match KPIs, monthly and quarterly targets with quarterly reviews to assess your progress.
Every person in the company receives an annual review upon their performance, progress and a further, detailed discussion about issue resolution, future targets and ambitions. In some positions where a grading structure is in place, there will be an opportunity to prove you deserve to step into a higher grade, usually bringing a pay increase and other benefits.
Performance Reviews every month with Manager and Pay Review every 6 months with the opportunity to grade.
