Normal working hours are 8:30AM until 6:30PM Monday to Thursday with an early finish for all on Fridays!
I would suggest researching the business and trying to identify keys facts about Remedicare! Understanding what we do as a business is crucial. Depending on the role your interviewing for I would suggest googling job specs and trying to get an understanding of what your day to day role might in tale!

First interview will be with the Business Manager, this will be a face to face interview, so the manager can learn about yourself and why you are interested in working for the company.
Second stage will be a trial day, you will spend half of the day with senior consultants in the office, assessing how they work and speak to candidates on the phone. The other half of the day you will be on the phone learning how to speak to candidates etc.
