All our managers are trained in leadership skills and are overall responsible for ensuring our staff and people we support receive the very best service possible. Unfortunately, there are occasions whereby this expectation is not met and as a result company policies and procedures are implemented.

Just to address some of the points in your email, we do strive to provide the best possible service for the people we support, yes, recruitment has it's challenges but we do have an equal opportunities policy and if candidates are able to demonstrate their experience or desire to do the job, we need to give them that opportunity but we certainly do care about our staff.
