rotten place to work. I done nightshift . Breaks short but time you get to canteen its time to go back. If your a min or 2 late back from break they call for you on a speaker. Tell them your going for toilet break they moan no 1 to fill your space. Most days getting moved station never time just to settle in get use to one station. Spoke to like a piece rubbish. Hardly any them there speak English not easy to communicate lots the time also shifts cancelled last min. First week or 2 full shifts then rite down. Think they do that to allhardll
Keep you waiting then tell you start Monday then get back to you and day start not nowe yet should be throw out off business not worth a phone call don't waist your time
Unprofessional all jobs they get with very low pay
This is not a job it is abuse. Treated like dirt at all times. Absolutely no respect for their employees spoken to like your a slave. Ridiculously short breaks with no regard for stress or fatigue that you may be feeling. Most don't speak English. Do not consider working for these people !
AVOID like the plague. Red rock is the worst agency you could ever work for they will only hire you for a month or two max and they will stop giving you shifts so they can keep bringing in new starters to rake in the profits. The WHOLE factory’s is full of foreigners and nobody speaks a single word of English. Not management or red rock. The worst agency and job you could ever have avoid avoid avoid

It was a very demanding and stressful job. I was asked to work 8 hours per day but be on-call every night, for 5 days per week. It was very hard to recruit employees as the agency could only offer zero hours contract and this caused additional stress. I was alone at the factory controlling attendance and cover of agency staff and the closest office was Peterborough which made it to be quite a lonely job. The salary package was acceptable but there was no progression for an onsite coordinator and the benefits were just the statutory. I was asked to do all HR processes: recruitment, selection, induction, daily attendance monitoring, payroll and wages enquiries. I have enjoyed the 11 months of employment but the busiest periods became too demanding and exhausting. Having a mobile phone 24 hours, 5 days per week did not allow me to "turn off" completely. I have a great appreciation for my manager and senior colleagues and they were very patient and helpful at all times.
Work 5 minutes from home, understanding customer, contact with employees
Constantly being on call, struggle with recruitment and not be able to complete objectives at busiest periods.
If you enjoy being ill treated then this is the job for you. These people are the worst employers you could imagine. No matter how desperate you may be to find work, please DO NOT apply for a job here. I was required to give at least one star rating in order to write this review.
Not so good agency. No guaranteed hours. Not an ideal or friendly place to work. Shifts not guaranteed and very erratic. Most times i work 1/2 per week even though at interview i was told its full time. I get shifts cancelled like less than 2 hours before shift starts for 10pm. Communication among staff is difficult as most are non-english speakers so sometimes one can be misinterpreted for no just cause.
None at all
Not guaranteed shifts
Advertise jobs as full time with rotating shifts then when you go to induction tell you is as and when they need you and you have to sit and wait for a text daily to see if your working the next day . Stay away
Not enough characters to type them
Great feels, Good communication with peoples, work are great, You can work at not just one place all day, just when They See, You working Good, they just coming and are telling You to go for another positions etc.
They find You transport to work.
Agency- work how many hrs You want
Treat you like crp. The women in charge has no people skills whatsoever. Never paid correctly either. Come in when ever they wanted me. Always hit my targets but yet told me not to come back. I think if your face don't fit they won't have you back.
Terrible place to work, no respect for employees, countless shifts have been cancelled an hour or two before i was due to start. basically slave labour where the majority speak very little English.
Long hours, short breaks, very poor facilities, only have vending machines
