Recruitment Panda undertake reference checks for all Recruitment Panda employees.
When representing our clients we offer to undertake reference checks, verbal and written on behalf of them but many of them prefer to carry out their own checks instead or in addition.

Sick leave is managed on a statutory basis, otherwise fairly at management discretion.
Our interview process is a two interview process with a psychometric test in addition.
One interview is informal, the other is formal and designed to explore the skills and attitudes we value and that we go on to evaluate in our annual appraisals.
