Disorganised and Chaotic
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Exeter, Devon6 February 2019
Distinct lack of support from management, lack of direction with job role and wanting to help learn. Reach never felt like a part of BAT and was banded around as a subsidiary of BAT, never felt secure in the role.
Pros
pre-booked hotels
Cons
disorganised

Field Sales Executive (Former Employee) –  Home Based29 November 2019
Typical day at work would be visiting customers on the territory given.
The territory can be quite large, so lots of traveling.
Management team were supportive to an extent.
Customer facing was the most enjoyable part of the job.
Targets implemented were sometimes difficult to achieve based on the territory.
You definitely got out of the job what you put in.
