Has potential for so much better
Lots of politics and bureaucracy, which delays the simplest projects to go to completion.
It's been a blame culture for many years and people are more focused on covering their back than doing good business in a collaborative way.
There's lots of pressure and if you're willing to work hard, you will learn a lot of valuable skills/gain experience that - more... you will take with you - but that's it, you'll rather take it with you than try and power through.
There are green shoots that the regressive people culture is changing, however willingness to change has to come from the top and they seem much ... - less
ProsLots of opportunities for improvement
ConsNumbers before people, hierarchy and prolonged decision making
