They over work there staff when it’s your day off you’ll always get a phone call to work and if you don’t say yes they seem to be ‘funny’ with you. Month wage isn’t the greatest either

I have worked for radis a little over a year, they have been extremely flexible and understanding when I've had to change days and shifts at short notice. The management have been approachable and happy. During the pandemic they have supported all if their staff members. However, the pay is liveable but it doesn't show appreciation or gratitude. But care work is for the smiles more then the money

Came back to work for them after leaving for couple years when they lost contract. Was offered good hours etc then we had change of manager and everything has changed. Treated disgracefully working with care staff who should be reported to cqc promises after promises to sort no one listens. So stressful I lost my marriage over this. Work all hours god sends not a thank you. Manager needs to sort out the disgraceful staff employed there and look after their clients as care staff should

Good company to work for, Staff are good and I always have an answer from them on issues that have arisen in the past when i was new to the team.I have gelled well with the team. I really enjoy helping our service users, it's very rewarding that you have made a positive change to their lives.

Promised set hours ,,nowhere near unless you work all the shifts no one else wants ,or 7 days a week ,too much responsibility ,pay way too low .No set rotas,list is endless .

Is a really nice job and the people you work with are always the same ones so it is easier to get use to it. everyone is friendly and loving which makes the work easier and enjoyabe.

Radis is so under staffed with staff leaving every day.
The pay is a little low but the milage is only 15p a mile they expect you to drive at least 70 miles and if you have a break More then half hour they won’t pay for the milage to next call.

Office staff keep leaving don’t know the clients needs.bulling between staff.They take work off you to give to other.staffevern though you have little o work your self

I really enjoyed working for Radis and working with the service users, it was the extra cleaning you were asked to do in the building that was a bit s**t So if you want to be a support worker and a cleaner but don't get the pay then work for Radis 👍 great working team.

No staff loyalty managers are bullys, avoid!
Think nothing of getting rid of people for silly reasons.

I've never in my life experienced racism as I did from the managers there.

If you want to be treated appallingly and have no social life to be made to feel worthless then this is the job for you!

Not treat fairly not spoke rrect manner the manger was so rude you didn't get a break as you had to be at the next client
They had set too many people on and not enough hrs for all the staff that worked for this company

I have been with Radis for about 7 months now and I’ve found it a great place to work. I’ve always had my contracted hours. The clients are lovely and are always happy to see us. Management is good and there is always someone around for support.

I found this company very disorganised and have a habit of putting wealth before health and dont really care about the staff or the service users.They constantly phone you up to cover shifts and when you say no they bully you and make sarcastic comments.The pay is very poor for what they expect of you and you dont get the support you require and the management show a lot of favouritism towards female members of staff.The hours are long and stressful and they changed the policies as they go along and i know there was a major conflict with the unions years ago when staff were unhappy.

I have been with this company for a fair few years now and have seen it’s up and downs. It has been down for some time but I can honestly say there is light at the end of the tunnel. A previous manager has left some months ago and this left the assistant manager holding the fort - she has done a marvellous job!!!! Communication has improved, wages have been correct and I personally think she has done a grand job and I take my hat off to her. A new branch manger has been placed in post now and if what she speaks about to move forward takes off - Radis stoke are back on track.

No matter what our job role is here I feel working together will only bring good.

I have worked with this company for a number of years and I have seen it decline. There have been times where I have looked elsewhere.
However, we have a new manager and I must commend her for the effort she has put in already in such a short time. Communication appears better, we have started to feel appreciated

All the office staff at Radis hill street over the last week an a half have been amazing. Really supportive I have had one of the best experiences retraining with them. I have mild autism and they have all treated me with respect . Thanks to everyone.

Huntingdon branch Management are very poor, very unprofessional, no people skill and no telephone manners. Management never keep information in confidential, they rather listen to gossip


instead base on facts matters. Management never listen to clients and their staffs care worker....it's poor organisation in staffs rotas.

Raids is great company to work for they are fair on salary and making sure the routers are at least two weeks in advance which helps the only thing raids needs is to update everyone of the policies on sickness for staff , if a staff memeber is sick then they should be told to stay at home and rest for 48 with tummy bug not to go into work or find there own cover which is hard to do as you don’t tend to also one night staff on is dangerous Incase something happens to that career ? have people’s details .. the management should know what a risk and not to the care staff and residents but also have only on men
