Radian is a great place to work. The people are always happy to help and go the extra mile. There is always something going on if its a boat party or a charity event everyone gets stuck in and is up for a laugh.
Apprentice Chef (Former Employee) – Portsmouth – 6 March 2017
Working for Rkdia was a amazing experience. even thought it was 1 day a week for 2 years it was ineradicable. the knowledge i gained from the head chef was unbelievable. there was never a day i didn't want to turn up for work!
Grounds Maintenance (Former Employee) – Southampton – 6 February 2017
Not great with finances, was repeatedly paid a week late and the management never helped to find out why. It is a chance to meet plenty of nice people, but there is no real leadership from management. The staff aren't listened to.
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) – Eastleigh, Hampshire – 14 January 2017
Enjoyed working here. I worked as a customer advisor in the contact centre for Radian Direct. Good hours 8:30-17:00 Monday-Friday with one late shift on a Thursday 9:00-19:00. This wasn't often though. Friendly staff and supportive managers. Benefits were good and tea and snacks offered all the time which was nice. Close to the train station 10 min walk if that. Majority of calls are inbound and on occasion you may have to make an outbound call. Handling variety of enquiries from raising repairs to making rent agreements. I had no previous call centre experience or housing experience and the training was brilliant. Would recommend this as a great place to work.
Head of Operations (Current Employee) – Windsor – 4 July 2016
They are an amazing company to work for and have a great ethos. The team will work together to achieve the best outcome. The company will let you go with your action plans and try new things for the best of the company and will really support change.
