It's easy, just turn up to interview and take in all the lies they feed you. Pass the role play which is nothing like the job and answer some questions and you've got it.
Hi, Thank you for your question.
Our colleagues working Roadside and within our Contact Centres work from a 'Demand Led Roster' so the hours can be quite varied as there is no set shift pattern. However, their roster does cover a year, so they are aware of the shifts they will be working.
Standard working hours for Head Office roles are 9am-5pm. If others hours such as 8am-4pm / 10am-6pm would be suitable this would be discussed and agreed locally with line managers. There is also potential working from home opportunities if the role allows (again discussed/agreed locally).
Applied for Senior BI developer role in Walsall..phone interview then fallowed face to face...asked to do a practical test of Data flow Task...then had competency based questions...
All over the place no consistent shift pattern. Mostly 12 hour shifts out till midnight
The culture is poor. The teams are usually tight knit, they have to be to get through the very stressful days. There is no let up, every step change pushes more and more productivity, with no down time. No work/life balance. They won't trust anyone to even work from home. They dislike anything not 9-5, 5 days a week.

How long does the whole process take? I've passed the online exam and now are waiting for a date for the next step
Hi there, thanks for your question. We use your postcode to determine where you are able to work in the UK. We are unable to give an exact time scale as it all depends on when there is a live vacancy in your area and an Assessment Centre created. Please keep an eye on your e mail for further updates to be invited in for an Assessment. Many Thanks, RAC
