What would you suggest Quilter management do to prevent others from leaving?

Treat all staff as a valued part of the team and don't restrict access to the internet so much - if someone is going to do the dirty they can do it outside work; trust your staff!

They tried to offer me other opportunities within the network but unfortunately their was nothing that would suit my requirements but overall I would join them again as I was treated very well and enjoyed working under there network.
