Disorganized and unprofessional. The recruitment team are very nice but not on top of their processes. Interviewers said inappropriate things about other stakeholders.
For the Customer Service Adviser, the first stage is a telephone interview and the second is an assessment centre that gives you an understanding of the company and the role you are applying for.

Day involves a knowledge retention exercise - you watch a video and do a short test on what's in the video - followed by a role-play on the telephone, and an interview. You get the chance to see the workplace, and sit and listen in on calls with an employee to see what the job entails and what it's like in the teams.

They tell you all about the company, and get to know each candidate. They will give you a bit of information around our products, and you do a test based on recalling this information.
You then have a face to face interview with 2 of the managers.
