I know people whose marriages have broken down due to the long hours, intensity and pressure caused by ineffective planning and prioritisation. Culture is demanding and unrealistic, they think they have ‘bought you’ when you start work there. Expect in some areas to be working 247.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This department is on rotation so shifts are:
8am-4pm
8:30am-4:30pm
9am-5pm
9:30am-5:30pm
11am-7pm- the only shift I am not happy about

Very good, very reasonable with good flexibility in swapping shifts with colleagues if needed. Overtime is also available in some cases.
