I went to puma as a stop gap as I was laid off in my job and tangerine confectionary told me I didn't have any work for two months I needed something to get me through and I knew the manager as I went to school with her daughter. She gave me a chance and I got my first step into retail, as Ive said before my confidence isn't the best but this was the start of my rebuilding. I struggled to work the card machine but I did get used to it in the end, I enjoyed working there and the stock checks didn't bore me like they did the rest. I use to do them every shift I worked there, my manager was lovely she knew I was working two jobs so shed work around my rotas at funstation for me so I could get full time hours over both, in the end this became a problem so I had to leave as Funstation offered me full time but Ill never forget how lovely the staff were and I still talk to one of them to this day! Was gutted when the place shut down!
Breaks on 6 hour shifts
