Great palce to work
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London26 June 2017
Joined PSD from a smaller business and was amazed by the level of professionalism and maturity within the business. Typical day involves dealing with different projects/assignments, client contact, candidate management and sourcing and reacting to new challenges as they arise. The culture is very collegiate and supportive and most of the senior team have been in the company for over 10 years.

Due to the amount of years in the sector, so many clients know who we are at that just makes the challenge a bit easier. Hardest part of the job is learning how to manage different personalities within the company but no complaints from my side - always busy and on my toes.

Would recommend the business to any consultant looking for a mature company to work in.
Pros
Flexy hours, Dreamteam, constant contact with senior managers
