Working for an Agency
Relief Caretaker (Current Employee) –  Barnsley, South Yorkshire25 August 2017
A typical day at work for Provide has been working split shifts as a relief Caretaker when in Primary and all day when in Secondary. I have learnt a lot about the requirements of a school caretaker

The agency is professional and work hard to ensure I work. They are approachable and honest sorting any problems out quickly.

Hardest part of the job is the insecurity of working as a Relief Caretaker which is why I want permanent work, preferably not split shifts.

Most enjoyable part of the job is working with the people in the team of site management. Having a well organised team supporting me.
Pros
Hands on work which is practical
Cons
Split Shifts
