fun work culture with great people, small company had just graduated from Uni so enjoyed the environment and flexibility, really liked that the company was not into micromanagement, focus on development only reason looking to leave is to get into a more analytical role and less sales role

Job culture
A good role and one which i've developed over the past couple of years. I seem to be landed with a lot of responsibility and a heavy role which rally should be divided between 2 people for the size of the company. I oversaw the rapid growth of the company from 60-100 employees in 2 years and was involved in ambitious projects with the senior leadership team or directors. The culture is fun and staff are motivated but the company needs to invest more money in the facilities area as this is seriously understaffed. The role puts pressure on me to work long hours and with only a small incentive bonus each year. The pay is not reflective of the responsibility and insight held for the company and the consistent attitude is to try to exploit staff to get something (or everything) for nothing. No personal development plan offered or training offered. Maturity needs to be developed in senior management team and directors.
Pros
Good incentives, supportive environment and fun social culture.
Cons
Long hours and no real career progression opportunity. Salary low and not reflective of value.
