It is a good company to work for, and far beyond any other recruitment agency I have heard of. However some have some way to go when it comes to acting professional, and management could be better at motivating people adhere to procedures and database management. Further, the work environment could be better as there is a lot of infighting when it comes to open jobs and who has the 'right' to work them, leading to opportunities not being shared which is at the cost of the business' performance overall.

Chill Fridays with casual clothing and leave 1h early

Work Life balance not bad for a recruitment company if you're a language speaker. The culture is very cut throat across teams and after the company was bought they are more concerned about their personal profits than their employees. The head of EU is incredibly supportive and always happy to help, he was one of the main reasons that the EU teams performed well. The Senior Learning consultant is also very talented and was the only one to make training interesting and helpful. Don't work here if you're uncomfortable with excessive drinking and drug use.
Pros
Some teams are supportive and some managers are very good about teaching and motivating their teams.
Cons
Managing director is a creep and will make very unprofessional passes and female employees.

Having worked for another recruitment company for 3 months, I then interviewed with 12 other companies in London. ProClinical is fantastic and was such an easy choice to make. The working environment is professional with a good balance between work and socialising (important in recruitment). Extremely strong name in the market and the support you receive is astounding. Salary & commission structure is the best I have seen and there is a clear path for progression. Can't fault the company- only reason i left was due to a career change otherwise would have happily stayed for over 5 years+
