Rewarding helping others and the pay was great too but there was little mental health support for stressed out staff which led to huge turnover of staff which in turn unsettled the young people .
Turn over in staff is massive because your not valued
I have worked for creagmoor/ priory for 7 years and I love it.the management are compassionate and listen.their hands are tied regarding pay/sick pay.you know this before you sign the contract.i am a support worker and I have been for 26 years.Ardsley House is a fantastic place to work.
You wouldnt want towork there as they are always understaffed,
Always on your back about your job.
Disrepectful towards members of staff.
