I wouldn't let anyone work there bad place evil people
Use to feel proud but over the last two years lack of consideration for staff, lies and made up issues.
Management is vile and the treat you like inappropriately
To learn that any company you work for after priory is a bonus!
Rewarding helping others and the pay was great too but there was little mental health support for stressed out staff which led to huge turnover of staff which in turn unsettled the young people .
Turn over in staff is massive because your not valued
I have worked for creagmoor/ priory for 7 years and I love it.the management are compassionate and listen.their hands are tied regarding pay/sick pay.you know this before you sign the contract.i am a support worker and I have been for 26 years.Ardsley House is a fantastic place to work.
You wouldnt want towork there as they are always understaffed,
Always on your back about your job.
Disrepectful towards members of staff.
Speak to staff like were children.

If you are able to work long hours and want to feel like you're making a difference in these young people's lives. If you're able to hold your ground and be an authority figure for young or old, then this can be a long career for you.
