Great ...as long as you don't mind running around like a headless chicken for 15 hours whilst the managers pop out to the gym and shopping !!!
Great if you don't want a life outside of work and don't mind being emotionally exhausted.....
Could easily do a 16 hr shift no break if the kids stay awake so do you. Forced to drive on no sleep. Easily do 40hrs in a double shift
We only do 7:30 am to 7:30 pm no nights unless needed to do so and sleep ins sometimes
14 hours and 70 hour weeks to get a reasonable wage!!
Support workers in residential homes are 7.30 to 23.00 with sleep ins. These can be single days or double days. So you could start at 7.30 on monday and not finish until 8.30 after a handover period. Typical pattern is 2 on, 2/3 days off.
Some times tiring
