It is not recommended to work for this Priory company. Long hours with breaks for 45 minutes after 3pm. Rubbish food for patient and staff. No appreciation by the company if you a great job. Pays are never increased. Started with £8.60 five years ago and we are paid the same now. We were recruited as Mental health support workers supporting the mental health Service Users in learning about their wellbeing and independent living skills. The new management has downgraded our title to health care assistant and brought in elderly patients asking us to do personal care. This company is disgusting to work for. Do not join in rather look for jobs on indeed.com. Thanks

Great ...as long as you don't mind running around like a headless chicken for 15 hours whilst the managers pop out to the gym and shopping !!!
