When a resident has a behaviour and hurts a member of staff it is always Staffs fault. When a member of staff have been hurt more than once they are put with them on there own again the next day even thow staff are quite worried. When you try to say I'm.abit worried to be working alone you are told then quit your job by management. Or if refuse to work - more... with a certain person you will be sacked etc. When staff have done nothing to cause the resident to hurt them it's there fault. You don't get breaks and when you try to eat on a 12.5 hours shift your told by management seniors to get out the kit ... - less
ConsManagement / seniors/ breaks
