Really friendly staff, very supportive and happy to answer any queries.
A typical day would consist of waking early, organising a bag for the day (lunch, tea bags, writing equipment) and waiting for the call to come between 7.30am and 8.30am. Once they've called you, they'll give you as much information as they can about the school they're sending - more... you to and any directions/parking etc. - this was probably the hardest part of the job, how do you motivate yourself in a morning if you don't even know you'll be working that day, starting at your phone for an hour is also a little stressful.
