Depends on the store, but think it requires some initiative. Instead of waiting for Managers/Supervisors to tell you what to do. Work, Finish your department and work your way around. Then do returns. Depends how busy the store is really. Sometimes you are left on your own to do what ever you want as long as you recover your department first.
