You have to apply online via a job advert. You then fill out your details and answer a series of customer service questions to see if you have the right idea with how to deal with people and unexpected situations. You may then be invited for an interview, and if you are successful you will be given a date for your first shift and introduction to the company.

You get a phone interview and then an in person interview, it was all pretty standard and a very easy process.
