Some management is biased and will refuse anyone to advance if they do not like them. But at least you get free lunch and sometimes the coworkers are nice.

You are never standing still at Pret, there is always something to do. Cleanliness and hygene are paramount. The customers and team made it a great place to work, but it's hard work!

Bullying is not a personality problem, it's just poor management. It's bad enough that you get abuse from customers but from leaders is not ok and management team don't solve problem just ensures that the bully can get away with their behaviour. Oh and now Pret cut hours and all the little peanuts. Time to leave.

I felt really good with my colleagues, and the group is amazing. Pret as a company offers you a chance to improve and learn as far as you want to go. I really liked that.
