I work in the Gloucestershire Branch and I remember the interview as being very thorough. The lady who interviewed me used to be the Branch Manager. She talked me through what I could expect things to be like working for Prestige. I felt comfortable in the interview and we talked about what work I had done in the past. Once through the recruitment process I was able to start work straight away. I already had quite a bit of care experience but have been given so many more opportunities through working with Prestige. I could work anyway really. They have so much work available. Complex Care clients are the clients I enjoy working with the most.
The emphasis is on providing quality care by well trained and experienced individuals. The client is paramount and treated with respect and dignity. Staff are professional, valued and respected.
Proud to be part of a very well respected company. Prestige have high standards. I am always positive when I talk about who I work for. I always recommend Prestige. I say to others to come and work for Prestige-they are the best!!
Hopefully I would not have to leave. However, if I did - this would be because of a personal issue and not out of choice.
I have my level 3 in Health & Social Care & also in Early years care & education. Just wondering how flexible your hours are? Due to circumstances week ends & bank hols. would be difficult for me to work regularly.
The hours are incredibly flexible. You put down your weekly availability and they give you worked based around what you want.
