Not sure what is meant by "You do the same as the chief warden" - possibly a 'spam' answer??
Working Hours at Premier Homecare are very much geared to a care workers requirements. Naturally we have to cover all hours of business but as a care company we appreciate staff who are happy with their hours are likely to remain with us... we have staff who have been with us over 10 years - we really are different! We urge you...if you are unhappy with your current working hours in a care job - give us a call!
You do the same as the chief warden
Split shifts are not compulsory at Premier Homecare, also recently we have made our minimum visit time 1 hour so no more 30 minute visits meaning less travelling and more caring....
Experienced carers are also entitled to our salaried shifts meaning they are paid for a whole 7.5hr shift no matter how many visits are completed ...
I do not mind working long hours as I do at the airport, but the prooblem was the split shifts and not living close to the areas so it was a lot of sitting in your car in a random place waiting.
