Feedback is an integral part of our learning in Policy Expert. All teams hold daily stand up’s, there’s weekly coaching and support from team managers and our quality team, there are regular department and employee forums and 121’s are carried out on a monthly basis. This feedback forms part of an individual’s journey at Policy Expert and underpins progression and helps shape their careers.

Performance is reviewed on monthly as part of the 121 discussion and we have a structured annual review process which all individuals go through.

They’ll always promote within the business which is good. Mostly positive vibes unless dealing with management.
