All teams hold daily stand up’s, there’s weekly coaching and support from team managers and our quality team, there are regular department and employee forums and 121’s are carried out on a monthly basis. This feedback forms part of an individual’s journey at Policy Expert and underpins progression and helps shape their careers.

Answered 25 April 2019Consider implementing a 'work from home' scheme, whereby employees can apply for this and it is at the discretion of HR and senior management as to whether the applicant can be approved this.
