Throwing food away at the end of the day instead of giving to charity, very little benefits and too high expectations - that's briefly.
Many of the duty managers need some leadership training ASAP as they more of horrible bosses than real leaders. A lot of competition between duty managers and lots of unprofessional behaviour in front of customers, which left me embarrassed many times.
Low pay, unsocial hours, rota done almost on a daily basis so forget about planning anything for more than a week ahead.
Nobody seems to work there for more than 3 months - not a surprise though.
Very little training provided - most of the things I have learnt based on my own research, but customers expect you to know everything.
I have worked in a few places in my life, and unfortunately Planet has been the worst. I do not recommend.
