Our employer had two delivery cars for the store for drivers who did not have their own car. If the employee was working the following morning they were able to take the car home after work.

What? What kind of question is that? No... There is no company bike... So no, you can't take home a bike after work...
Seriously what kind of question is this, do some companies lend you a bicycle to get to and from work? I've heard of company cars before but never bikes...
(If you mean a motorbike then also no, we had no company motorbikes, all the drivers used there own cars and was repaid for their fuel consumption.)

You can't take them home as they aren't insured only for company use.

Absolutely. Staff are encouraged to ride home on the company moped. We like them to look stupid at home as well as at work
