Do not work here
Sales Assistant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London11 March 2019
AWFUL !! The only reason I even gave job/life a good review is because they don’t ever give you shifts if your 0 hour & do NOTHING to help you, there’s no way of progression and your treated like children. No praise for your hard work so what’s the point?? No commission either ?? But when you do 1 THING bad you get investigated for it. People are so lovely (besides management who are rude and do nothing all day and typically don’t care about your concerns). 30 minutes break only when you stand on your feet all day, and there is no care for their staff what so EVER. You WILL regret it if you apply, trust me.
Only reason I’m still working here is because I need money while looking for something else.

Honestly the worst job I’ve had!!
Retail Assistant (Former Employee) –  Leavesden, Hertfordshire26 February 2019
This job is awful! The management are ridiculous, they only care about making money and don’t care about staff. The TL’s are very childish, and constantly argue and just gossip instead of doing any work. Favouritism is a big issue as well. There are 0 benefits of working here! You’re not thanked when you help the team out but as soon as you step a foot wrong they have a go at you and disregard everything you’ve ever done for them. For what you’re expected to do the pay is awful.

The people are lovely tho and I have met some good friends. But do not bother applying I’d rather have had no money than be unhappy working in such an awful environment.
Pros
Other people/ nice customers
Cons
Management, pay, no benefits, working like a slave

Sales Assistant (Former Employee) –  Chessington, Surrey21 January 2018
Horrible place to work, management are rude, no full training given, treated like children and only half an hour breaks for working 11-12 hour shifts!! I wouldn't even bother!

Never got paid properly either, had at least £150 cut off of my monthly pay every month..

Workshop support engineer (Current Employee) –  Derby, Derbyshire13 April 2017
Nice ,friendly and helpful people to work with. Company to work for if you like to learn something new and challenge yourself on daily basis. Work/Life balance depends on department you work in but overall I would say it's well balanced.

we would be assigned to a ride for the day and have to be friendly with customers and make sure they are happy with the standard of product they receive.

the management was not very good as they would not ask how you are and does not help with moving forward in the company.
Pros
meet good people and have fun
Cons
you would have to be alone most part of the day
