My job involves helping customers over the phone. I also answer varied and numerous email enquiries and work with doctors surgeries and 3rd party prescribers.
My day to day tasks are the sale of over-the-counter medicines and the provision of information to customers on symptoms and products.
I process paper and electronic prescriptions dealing with payment and exemption details. I add repeat lists to customers’ accounts and input private prescription data.
The hardest part of the job is handling the volume of incoming calls
