The initial interview is to give you and the team a taste of whats expected and how well you're able to handle the situations and work as a team or alone. Its super fun and being confident is key, even if you feel a bit unsure, just ask a colleague and they'll happily help you out.

When you initially answer the questions they are marked on a certain level with the ‘strongly agree’ and ‘disagree’ and the hours you’re available etc. Because of the amount of applicants they have a 70% pass rate on those questions and will rarely hire someone under that because your application won’t go through to being considered by the store itself.

Yes, however management are picky on age. If they see you’re in education and can only do certain days, you’ll less likely get picked. It also depends on your experience and what you’re studying.
