The first enitial interview is a group gathering with a lot of group exercises quite fun process. And then at least 4 people will be chosen from the first group interview and invited back for a day of experience on the tills, working stock, cleaning an animal cage.

Be yourself, don't try to be who you think they want you to be, it will be exhausting trying to keep it up, and if you have to be someone you aren't then why would you want to be there anyway, your not going to enjoy it, it won't be a career it will be a stop gap. If your happy, polite, hardworking, have common sense, that's the best you could do.
