The first enitial interview is a group gathering with a lot of group exercises quite fun process. And then at least 4 people will be chosen from the first group interview and invited back for a day of experience on the tills, working stock, cleaning an animal cage.

You would have an initial interview and the manager would offer you a work hour to see how you would cope with the stock they will then make a decision and if you get through to the next stage you will then have another meeting with the manager who will then make his decision after talking to his line manager
