It can take a while, this will depend on the store and how organised they are, took two weeks to hear back for my position but under different management we had people coming in for interviews in no time. Also FYI the group interviews will proceed as follows: First you'll introduce yourself and talk about your pets. Now bare in mind you're being graded by the colleagues more often than not so it's them you really wan to impress. Next group activities. These are a pain but thats yoru time to shine. Sometimes you'll have to build something or make an advert or do a dragons den type thing then you'll have private interviews with the colleagues. Make sure to be chatty and friendly don't just answer yes, no. we want people who can hold a conversation, win round one person and they can get you the job if they try.
