An average employer who is really only concerned with making money
Construction (Former Employee) –  Scotland30 July 2018
Not a bad place to work but the focus is on making money and keeping the share holders happy at the expense of everything else.
I have moved to another large construction company and they are more concerned with their employees.
Pros
Yearly bonus
Cons
Very little interaction between management and staff

would not buy a cat flap from this company JUST LOOK AT THEIR HEAD OFFICE IN CAMBERLEY crying shame it is ugly and neglected...
top management are greedy fat cats...no pride in the product or in themselves...recently I had seen a position beeing advertised for: Quality Controller...has to be the joke of the year...should be aired at Edinburgh's festival.....

Telehandler Operator (Current Employee) –  Castleford10 October 2019
Tipical day can be buisy or relativley quiet. Managment pressured to deliver quantity above quality. Working outside is very enjoyable whatever the weather.
