Diversity issues is a great concern, equality and support elevation is slow and trust is another problem. I would do better if I had the opportunity to manage the entire organisation, start from the top to bottom. I could bring trust and high quality service along with great profits that would enhance both customers and staffs happiness and enjoyable.
Management non existent, only concerned about finishing houses (4 managers on site and none looking after site) trades left to own decisions, no forward planning. Complaints shrugged off, only concerned about profits not quality products. Everything you see in the news is only the tip of the iceberg!!

Good team, open door policy from management. They do need to spend more on their IT systems for the site staff. Good support to their customer care team. Need more people to solve issues, staff shortage in customer care.
