Job security not acquaintance
Construction Labourer (Former Employee) –  West Midlands18 August 2019
Diversity issues is a great concern, equality and support elevation is slow and trust is another problem. I would do better if I had the opportunity to manage the entire organisation, start from the top to bottom. I could bring trust and high quality service along with great profits that would enhance both customers and staffs happiness and enjoyable.

Rubish, they blackmail you and suck the life out of you. They dont care about the people on the lower levels especially labourers.
Construction Operative (Former Employee) –  Birmingham27 April 2019
Rubbish. Exhaustive. Terrible. Horrible. Horrifyingly horrifying. Sickeningly sickening. The management are run by chimpanzees allegedly. The alleged chimpanzees running persimmon homes appear to be narcissistic, and some of the workers are on narcotics. Birmingham

Lovely people, management not so good
Construction Secretary (Former Employee) –  Fareham, ENG19 January 2016
Lovely people to work with, but the management high level don't seem to understand how the staff lower down the chain are struggling to keep up with their demands.
