Good company long hours but rewarding got on well with all trades some sites are hectic at times but well organised on some sites there is more than one forklift so must comunicate with othere drivers

I was called the same day I sent in my cv, had an interview the following week and was offered a job the next Monday. Pleasant and engaging interview, didn't feel like I was getting grilled at all. Really good impression so far!

However show them you know your stuff ie the worth of the company etc but most importantly you do things the Persimmon way.

Benefits are not bad but a £20 Tesco gift card for Christmas for working you all year to meet targets is pretty disgusting
