Needs decent management at Teesside who can see what goes on

Going to work everyday was based on the fact I like my career and enjoy my role. But working for Persimmon Homes S/W is an acquired taste and not for everyone. It is a reactive environment and also an unsupported one to. Resources in the shape of personnel are kept to the bare minimum, well for the department I'm in. This means workloads are often unattainable and stress levels in the department are high and management offer little support.
